Continuing problems in Hong Kong

Talks with striking dock workers in Hong Kong have broken off without any immediate progress.

Television Hong Kong has reported that talks between striking dock workers and the contractors who employ them have broken off without any immediate progress. The talks between striking dockers at the Hong Kong Terminals and employer contractors was aimed at resolving the two-week labour strike over wages and work provisions. 

The South China Morning Post reports that the Association of Freight Forwarding and Logistics estimated that 120,000 containers are stuck at the port.
